The job was an unorthodox one using a system approved by my architect - i.e a multilayered "Warm Roof" design for a holiday lodge, Carlton Timmins was the most thoughtful reply to my approach, he took suggestions seriously while doing the maths himself to compare specifications. I was worried that the cost might escalate and that the standard of work might be lacking. Thankfully the price was very competitive and the team worked diligently- staying overnight at a local B&B, for which they didn't charge an arm and a leg! They were a cheerful hard-working team who completed the job with care and on time. There was an issue with my neighbours about the appearance of the rubber EDPM membrane - Carlton researched and tried out a surface coating which has done the trick. I wish Carlton Timmins and company a very successful future. They are a capable and conscientious team who price competitively and do a great job.

As I had not used Timmins Roofing previously on any of my projects & I basically got their name from an internet search of local companies it was somewhat of a chance I was taking asking them to quote for work on our site @ Eastman. Once I had met Carlton face-to-face & we discussed the various jobs that needed addressing then I was more than confidant enough to ask them to carry out this work for us. All the work carried out thus far has been done to a high quality & with safety the uppermost consideration.
