Asbestos roof build up and sheet metal sidewall cladding.
Work carried out: remove existing rooflights and overclad roof with Ash-grid support system, 200mm thermal insulation and 0.7mm as30 profiled metal cladding. Replaced sidewall cladding and insulation.
Fitted new trimline external gutter.

Composite panels roofing on concrete framed building
Works carried out. Remove old and failing composite panel sheeting, fitted new galvanized steel purlins to concrete purlins. Fitted new 80mm steadmans as35 profile metal sheeting composite panels. Re-lined gutters With Firestone TPO gutter liner membrane.

Work carried out: removed all rotten timber decking and joists. Re-placed with new. Fitted Sarnafil G410-12elf membrane to all flat roof areas. Removed and disposed of all asbestos on site. Fitted new as35 profile composite panel cladding sheets and new valley gutters.

Fibreglass balcony and cut to fall insulation perished.
Work carried out. Removed all exiting membrane and insulation back to original ashfelt roof. fitted 600 primer, bonded cut to falls insulation and Sarnafil G410-15Elf. Created new falls to gutters. Detailed all balustrades with Sarnafil liquid detailing Kit.

1000m2 of 2year old flat roofing system, poorly detailed with major water ingress.
Work carried out, overhauled all roofs and balconies, replacing damaged or rotten decking/ timbers and removing any poor or failed membrane and replacing with new to achieve Full Manufacturers Warrantys.
Membranes used were ICOPAL Sureweld TPO and ICB Alwitra Evalon V(PVC)

We were contracted through Esh Construction services to carry out the cladding works to the new build offices and refurbish the existing factory roofs and gutters.

materials used consist of: Kingspan KS1000R 1800m2, CGL membrane lined insulated gutters 180lm, Rukki composite panel 600m2, Rukki sinizoidal sheet 650m2.

We were contracted by RNL Building Consulatncy Ltd on behalf of St. Augustines Primary School to carry out a full roof refurbishment, Approx 800m2.

The existing copper roof was to be removed and replaced with a Sarnfil PVC (Copper-patina) insulated system. However when the copper was removed we found the timber deck to be in a bad state of repair and not suitable to carry the new insulation and membrane. It was then agreed the existing deck would be over-boarded with new 18mm hardwood ply. This would provide a more substantial substrate to adhere the sarnfil Insulation and waterproofing system to.

We were contracted to Refurbish the FCC Recycling facilities roof (500m2) and sidewall cladding.

The roof construction is concrete slab with ash-felt layer and felted with bitumen underlay.

The system we are fitting is a 300gr fleece seperation layer with a mechanically fixed (ICOPAL) Monarplan FM mebrane layed over the top.
